Sharpening 246 mixed knives at Runshaw Catering College
I was asked by Marsha Holderness-Senior Catering Technician to come and sharpen all their knives today. This took me a good three hours . Amongst their knives I sharpened 40 Blue handle knives which are used for FISH, 66 RED handle knives used for Meat and 50 GREEN used for vegetables + many mixed short bladed knives.
